Hank Zipzer books

I remember reading this series to my kids in the third grade!  I had a hard time reading it to them because I wanted to laugh every other page.

If you have ever needed a book to read about kids in the same grade level as you, try this series.  It will make you laugh, make you cry, make you want to pick up the next one in the series just to see what crazy thing he would do next.

I read “The Curtain Went up and my Pants Fell Down” over the break and loved it. It was not as funny as some of the other books in the series, but it is worth reading.

One of my favorite things about this series is that most kids can relate to what they go through in the books. Hank is a normal kid going through the same things that normal kids go through.

If you have not read any of the books, just pick one up and start reading. Although you would be better off reading them in order, you don’t have to. You can pick this book up and read it and know exactly what is going on!

I agree. This book was hilarious. It is my first Hank Zipzer book. Hank decides that being in the school play is something that he can do. He makes a deal with his dad and has to get a B+ on his math test to be in the play. He gets tutored by Heather, a know-it-all in his class. He really starts to get math and feels confident that he can get a B+ on the test. He takes the test but only gets a B. Will he be in the play? Read and find out
