Nate the Great

Nate the Great is a kid detective. He goes on amazing adventures, solving mysteries with his dog Sludge. Which one did you read? What was great about it?

    Last year, in Mr. Baitingers’s class, we read a short story about Nate the Great in our HSP book. It was about Nate, and his friend who lost his joke book. The bad thing about it is that he promised that he would tell a joke to his friend at 3:00 o’clock, and it is 11:00 o’clock. Nate finally solves the mystery. His friend had gone to a breakfast restaurant, and had left it there. Then, he realized that his friend had had an incident and left his bag there, and somebody brought it back, and put it in the cookbook aisle because the title was about food!
